Outdoor Dining Upgrade – Melton Town Centre
Retractive Consulting is pleased to be engaged via Outline Landscape Architects to provide civil engineering services for the City of Melton’s Outdoor Dining Enhancement Project.
The project focuses on key areas along High Street, improving pedestrian amenity, accessibility, and streetscape activation to support local businesses.
Retractive’s role includes civil design, drainage, and coordination to ensure practical, buildable outcomes within an active urban environment.
We’re proud to contribute to the continued development of Melton’s town centre as a more vibrant and functional community space.

New Project Win – 44 Lot Subdivision, Wallan
Retractive Consulting is pleased to announce the successful appointment to deliver civil engineering design services for a 44-lot residential subdivision at 56 Station Street, Wallan.

This project is being delivered in collaboration with Whiteman Property & Associates, bringing together a strong, integrated team focused on practical, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Our scope includes civil design, drainage, and servicing strategy to support a well-resolved and constructible development outcome aligned with local authority requirements.

Big win for Retractive
Big news for Retractive Consulting!
We’re thrilled to be appointed as Civil Engineer for the 104-Townhouse Gillwell Road Development in Lalor — a significant multi-unit infill project contributing to Melbourne’s urban renewal.
Our role will include full civil design, stormwater management, sewer, water and authority approvals, ensuring a sustainable and efficient design outcome.
This milestone reinforces Retractive Consulting’s growing presence in multi-unit, subdivision, and mixed-use development projects across Victoria.
